So there's this woman who's been gang raped. She reports it. Several weeks later, a detective calls her in to tell her that, for whatever reason(s), her case would no longer be investigated. During that briefing, the guy pulls her in a side room and forces her to perform acts on him and he then takes advantage of her. Granted, the woman is a heroin addict, but who's to say that she wasn't clean or trying to get clean? Craziness..
